Reed Diffusers

Perlé Essence products are formulated without ingredients which are harmful to our bodies, kids or our pets. Our diffusers are clean, vegan and environmentally friendly. We only use ingredients that are safe for people, pets and the planet. No phthalates, parabens, sulfates, allergens, no harmful fragrances. Our fragrances are long-lasting, slow-releasing, and never tested on animals.

Reusing reed diffuser sticks is not recommended as they can become clogged with dust partials over time. We recommend inserting a fresh new set of diffuser reed sticks for best fragrance throw performance.

For optimal performance we recommend flipping diffuser reed sticks when fragrance scent throw becomes light. Based on personal preference, reed sticks can be rotated periodically either daily or on a weekly basis.

Fragrance intensity varies by fragrance oil thus we suggest removing one or two reed diffuser sticks until the desired fragrance output is reached. Another suggestion is to place reed diffuser in a less air ventilated area.

Car Diffusers

When opening a new car diffuser, please remove the wooden top and discard the plastic insert. Re-tighten the wooden cap and tip car diffuser upside down for a few second to allow fragrance to absorb into the wooden cap.

Periodically rotate car diffuser upside down daily or weekly to refresh scent and increase fragrance output.

In order to prevent leakage, please avoid over rotating car diffuser for expended period of time. Rotate car diffuser for less time to avoid overfilling the wooden cap with fragrance. Please avoid leaving car diffuser upside down and ensure wooden cap is securely tightened.

No. Please avoid car diffuser oil from coming in contact with surface, fabric or leather as this may lead to stains and discoloration.

Order are processed in the order they are received with processing time ranging 5-10 business days. Once order has been processed, tracking information is sent via email. Domestic orders shipping time ranges 2 - 10 business days. International orders shipping time typically arrive within 3 weeks.

Please note shipping carriers take up to 24 hours to update their system in order to receive and process the package.

Returns and Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we make sure every order is carefully inspected before it is shipped to you. In order to validate eligibility for an exchange or refund please contact us via email at info@perleessence.com. In the event your order is damaged upon delivery, please include photographs of damaged item(s) within three business days of delivery. All returns must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please note you will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please use a trackable shipping service as we do not guarantee the arrival of your return. All returns will be inspected and confirmation email will be sent to notify if approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed as a credit to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
